Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role within banking, financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and organizational transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible For

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the company's operational functions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to achieve organizational goals and performance targets.
  • Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead organizational planning, resource optimization, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure effective risk management, internal controls, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and staff development.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management and the Board.
